What you'll do:
1.本地化沟通与执行支持 协助制定并执行变更沟通计划(根据全球模板本地化内容) 准备本地语言的邮件、FAQs、内部新闻稿、海报等宣传材料 跟踪用户反馈并汇总上报给变更管理主管
2.培训执行与支持 协助准备培训材料、用户手册、操作视频等 协助组织和协调培训日程,确保目标群体参与 在培训现场提供支持,解答常见问题并记录用户反馈
3.关键用户与利益相关者参与 协助识别本地关键用户与影响群体 跟进关键用户的培训和支持情况 协助开展用户访谈、问卷调查等活动,收集需求与痛点
4.变更影响跟踪与报告 跟踪系统上线前后的用户适应情况 协助收集关键绩效指标(如用户登录率、使用频次等) 定期整理变更管理进展汇报,供核心项目团队审阅 5.支持本地推广活动 协助策划"上线倒计时"、"上线日活动"等推广方案 准备物料(如PPT、宣传页)并协助现场执行 保持与项目办公室(PMO)及全球变更团队的日常沟通
Requirements:
1.良好的沟通能力(中英文沟通无障碍)
2.1年左右采购的工作经验, 或表现优秀的实习生;咨询行业经验是加分项
3.理解组织变更管理的基本方法论(如ADKAR), 有 global 项目change management 经验和PMO经验is a plus
4.熟练使用Office工具,尤其是PPT和Excel
5.善于与业务人员互动,耐心细致,能处理一线问题 6.有责任心,执行力强,能够按时交付任务
What you'll do:
1.Localized communication and execution support Assist in developing and executing a change communication plan (localized content based on global templates) Prepare emails in the local language FAQs、 Internal press releases, posters, and other promotional materials Track user feedback and summarize it for reporting to the change management supervisor
2.Training execution and support Assist in preparing training materials, user manuals, operation videos, etc Assist in organizing and coordinating training schedules to ensure target audience participation Provide support at the training site, answer common questions, and record user feedback
3.Key users and stakeholders' participation Assist in identifying local key users and influential groups Follow up on training and support for key users Assist in conducting user interviews, questionnaire surveys, and other activities to collect needs and pain points
4.Change impact tracking and reporting Track user adaptation before and after the system goes live Assist in collecting key performance indicators (such as user login rate, usage frequency, etc.) Regularly organize progress reports on change management for review by the core project team 5.Support local promotional activities Assist in planning promotion plans such as "countdown to launch" and "launch day activities" Prepare materials (such as PPT, promotional pages) and assist in on-site execution Maintain daily communication with the Project Office (PMO) and the Global Change Team
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills (barrier free communication in both Chinese and English)
2.About 1 year of procurement work experience, or an intern with excellent performance; Consulting industry experience is a plus
3. Understand the basic methodology of organizational change management (such as ADKAR), and have experience in global project change management and PMO, which is a plus
4. Proficient in using Office tools, especially PPT and Excel
5. Skilled in interacting with business personnel, patient and meticulous, able to handle frontline issues
6. Responsible, strong execution ability, able to deliver tasks on time
