About the team:

Role Summary - Order Management Analyst

We are looking for a professional to join the team as an Order Management Analyst, responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the order management process from order entry to final delivery, guaranteeing an efficient, timely, and highly accurate service.
This role requires a person with a strong customer service mindset, operational follow-up, and end-to-end issue resolution, working closely with logistics, sales, and internal teams. The position will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling requests and queries, following up on reprocessing due to pricing differences or stock availability, supporting billing-related topics, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes, controls, and service levels.

We are looking for someone adaptable, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in dynamic environments and resolve operational issues effectively. As this is an external position, it is important to have strong communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to integrate quickly into business processes.

Preferred qualifications:
* University degree.
* Experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or operations.
* English skills are preferred.
* Knowledge of or interest in automation, robotics, or process improvement is a plus.
* High learning agility and adaptability.
