Descripción del puesto The Operations Specialist is responsible for executing key operational processes, ensuring the quality and timeliness of information, and supporting both regional and local daily operations. Their main focus is to ensure operational continuity, proper data management, and the optimization of processes that enable efficient business decision-making. Responsabilidades Execute and monitor operational processes related to reporting, validations, closings, and internal controls. Consolidate and analyze operational information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in regional reports and dashboards. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose optimization actions. Document procedures and keep operational manuals up to date. Serve as the operational point of contact for local teams to resolve issues, questions, or requests. Support the implementation of new tools, systems, or operational methodologies. Ensure compliance with regional policies, standards, and operational calendars. Collaborate with areas such as Finance, Talent, Commercial, and PMO to ensure process alignment and smooth operations. Generate operational insights that support informed decision-making. Participate in operational projects by providing analysis, management, and execution support. Cualificaciones 7+ years leading end-to-end operations, with proven process design, optimization, and change management. Advanced analytics: Excel/Sheets (pivots, lookups), data modeling; Power BI/Tableau. Strong command of KPIs/SLAs, operational dashboards, internal controls, and compliance. Solid experience consolidating data, building reports, and driving insight-based decisions. Hands-on with CRM/workflow tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication across different areas. Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive. B2+ level of english. Profil requis du candidat:

7+ years leading end-to-end operations, with proven process design, optimization, and change management. Advanced analytics: Excel/Sheets (pivots, lookups), data modeling; Power BI/Tableau.
