Field Sales Specialist BioMonitoring - Croatia and Slovenia

Your role:

You will be responsible for driving business growth within your territory through your direct activities and engagement with dealers to effectively support and develop the customer base. By utilizing excellent time management skills, you will ensure that customer projects are followed up diligently and that the highest level of technical information is provided to meet customer expectations.

As a sales specialist, your role includes cultivating long-term relationships with key customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in achieving sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction in your territory.

Who you are:

LANGUAGES

* Croatian and/or Slovenian (both is advantage), English (native and/or professional), other languages are nice to have

PERSONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

* Graduate degree in microbiology (or equivalent) that provides knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts within the discipline, preferably with a scientific degree (minimum BSc).

* Solid background in pharma/water microbiology, with in-depth knowledge of relevant products and tools (e.g., Office 365, Salesforce).

* Proficient in managing territory and business field; spending over 70% of time in the field.

* Established network within the business unit and among key customers.

* Strong communication, selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.

* Experience in pharmaceutical microbiology testing; knowledge of rapid microbiology methods is a plus.

* Open to change and able to work effectively as part of a team.

* Highly self-motivated and capable of working with limited supervision.

* Based in Croatia or Slovenia (Zagreb or Ljubljana region).
