Position Overview

Join our Branch Operations team in Madrid to manage the end-to-end Bank Guarantees (Avales) lifecycle - issuance, amendments, commissions, cancellation, documentation - helping us to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Responsibilities
* Process and reconcile guarantee-related commissions, ensuring timely booking and controls.
* Handle, within a team of both experienced and junior workmates, the full lifecycle of Bank Guarantees (issuance, modification, cancellation), ensuring accurate documentation.
* Serve internal stakeholders with guarantee-related queries and operational support.
* Maintain data quality and contribute to continuous improvement of operating procedures.

Skills
* Accounting knowledge required. Applied to guarantees/commissions booking is a plus.
* Experience (2-3 years) in financial institutions performing accounting tasks. Experience in bank guarantees or trade finance departments is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
* Advanced Excel user.
* Advanced English communication skills (essential).
* Familiarity with Access / IA / programming tools is a plus.
