Specialist GES Admin GOE Q,SHE&S reporting
Barcelona, Spain
Provide administrative and coordination support for GOE-Group Quality, Safety, Health, Environment & Security (Q, SHE&S) reporting team, ensuring accurate data validation, audit readiness, and effective reports generation and communication across teams.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide support to GOE Q, SHE & S reporting team
* Consolidate, summarize, maintain and communicate Q, SHE&S regular and ad-hoc reports
* Coordinate and maintain organized storage systems
* Collect reporting new requirements. Workflow management
* User Guidance: Answering questions and preparing a detailed user manual
* Assist and support Q, SHE & S reporting trainings material and sessions
* Coordinate incident and users' data validation and updates
* Assist in preparing audit documentation for Q, SHE&S incidents, FTE and environmental data
* Support IAR and press release activities
* Work with internal teams and auditors on data corrections
* Work collaboratively with teams, sites and stakeholders to fulfill reporting requirements
* Ensuring compliance with Q, SHE&S standards and best practices
* Identify and define opportunities for process improvements

You bring:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administration, business, or related field.
* From 1 to 3 years of experience in reporting, communication, stakeholders' management and administrative support.
* Nice to have: Project Management Office (PMO) and AI tools experience.
* Nice to have: Q, SHE & S experience.
* Communicate Smartly. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced sense of time and work prioritization management, focusing on goal settings.
* Data Driven and Critical Thinking. Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, different IS tools).
* Strong sense of team player and hands on mentality. Ability to collaborate successfully with other cross-functional areas
* Great analytical skills; High learning agility, with strong attention to detail
* Good written and oral communication in English. Spanish is nice to have.
