The Tenders Strategy Team focuses on boosting business outcomes in tenders through strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, competitive intelligence, and processes optimization.
Position Summary:
This role is designed to support and advice on vaccines commercial tender strategy and decision-making.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate that can understand market dynamics, customers and competitors and translate insights into actionable plans. The candidate will join our Vaccines Strategy Team within the Vaccines Business Unit.
It is imperative that the individual joining the team has an analytic mindset and demonstrates teamwork capability, organizational & prioritization skills and is used to collaborating remotely.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
* Analyze tender specifications, evaluation criteria, and requirements to inform and support bid preparation from a commercial standpoint.
* Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing for tenders to support executive commercial decision-making on bid strategy.
* Identify and assess business tender opportunities and risks across vaccines' tenders.
* Perform portfolio competitive intelligence analysis.
* Analyze tender outcomes.
* Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of tools and reports related to vaccine tenders.
* Contribute to tender planning & preparation activities for long-term success, including innovative aspects and product lifecycle.
* Analyze trends in public health procurement and assess their impact on future vaccines tendering activities.
* Ensure full compliance with Global/ Local procedures for commercial tendering activities.
* Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Coordinate with Global Team for supply and approvals.

* Bachelor's or university degree.
* Basic knowledge of vaccines and public procurement or tender management.
* Strong analytical mindset and organizational & prioritization skills.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
* Fluent in Spanish and English language (spoken and written) is required.
* Digital skills proficiency and comfortable learning new systems.
* Accountability & high level of motivation.
* Working according to GSK's expectations and values.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
* Previous experience as project manager.
* Marketing & sales experience
Working arrangement
This position is hybrid, based in Spain. You will spend time on-site collaborating with local teams and with flexibility for remote work as agreed with your manager.
