As a Business Developer Inbound Germany at (COMPANY NAME) you'll redefine the way SMEs and freelancers engage with financial services. Your mission is to transform potential into success, guiding customers through the final steps of their registration process and pitching our cutting-edge product with conviction. Under the guidance of our Head of BD Inbound, your efforts will directly contribute to (COMPANY NAME)'s market expansion and customer satisfaction.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Business Developer Inbound Germany at (COMPANY NAME), you will:

* Execute calls with prospects, effectively converting leads into active customers.
* Master our product offerings to provide customized pitches, enhancing customer understanding and engagement.
* Collaborate closely with outbound sales, marketing, and customer success teams to refine strategies and share insights.
* Utilize tools such as Outreach, Aircall, Modjo, Salesforce, and Sales Navigator to optimize call efficiency and track customer interactions.
* Participate in the pioneering journey of establishing a new, innovative approach to BD Inbound team here in Barcelona, setting standards for excellence.

* Experience: You have a successful track record in business development or sales, ideally within the fintech or SaaS industry.
* Mastery: Your exceptional communication skills enable you to engage customers effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Adaptability: You're comfortable with high-volume calling and can quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
* Collaboration: You're a team player, eager to share insights and collaborate across departments to achieve common goals.
* Negotiation: With a knack for negotiation, you know how to close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
* Language: you are native (or very fluent ) in both German and English, enabling you to communicate seamlessly with our diverse customer base.
* Location: You are living in Barcelona or are ready to relocate
