You will be employed in Madrid under Philip Morris Travel Retail. You will support business expansion and innovation for PMI Duty Free (PMIDF) business in Spain. As the Manager of Customer Development representing our Duty-Free team for the region, you will build and maintain positive relationship with Duty-Free corporate customers by developing & performing strategies to improve revenue growth through Channel development, Portfolio Mix optimization, Commercial programme initiatives and Pricing strategies setup.

Your 'day to day'
* Develop a product portfolio strategy based on market dynamics (consumer demand, competitive actions...etc.), lead terms discussion with customers and all collaborators to ensure the deployment as of the agreed plans.
* Exploration of new opportunities to drive business in untapped territories, prospects new locations and touchpoints in line with global channel development strategy and business priorities, builds business case for assessing future business growth potential.
* Develop understanding of market trends, pre-empt competitors move and category development; identify, analyze and propose action plan based on consumer transaction.
* Provide inputs to refine, enrich and validate a local pricing approach based on local and regional business dynamics (benchmarking against domestic pricing, local portfolio, consumer demand, competition, etc.); including recommendation for RSP and DSP and share it for approval of company's Pricing Committee.

Who we are looking for:
* Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Business or relevant subject area.
* A combined experience of Key Account Management/ Business Development/ Field Sales/ Budgeting. With prior experience in key sales proficiencies like Volume Forecasting, Stock Management, Merchandising, Marginal Contribution, Pricing Margins, Scenario Analysis & P&L.
* Excellent influencing & collaboration skills to foster partnership with retail customers to influence business decisions on behalf of company.
* Critical thinking and analytical skills to quantify opportunities and assess growth potential.
* Good understanding of the FMCG business environment (consumer, competition, channels, partners).
