As part of a permanent contract, within the Leather Goods Development team, reporting to the Department Manager, you will ensure the successful industrial execution of the Artistic Direction's projects for the leather goods collections. You will participate in project management and coordination. You will work closely with various teams: design, product development, marketing, production, etc., to ensure product consistency and quality, while respecting deadlines, technical and operational constraints, and budgets.
Fluency in English, Italian, and French (written and spoken) REQUIRED. Strong interest in fashion products, particularly leather goods, and production issues. Graduated from a Fashion School, in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline, etc. Significant prior experience of at least 7 years in a Fashion and Leather Goods or Leather Goods House, in a coordination or project management role. In-depth knowledge of the different types of leather, textiles, and accessories used in leather goods. Excellent project management, organizational, and priority management skills. Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with internal and external partners. Creativity and sense of innovation. Rigor and attention to detail. Organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Initiative and autonomy, interpersonal skills, and teamwork. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of project management tools. Strong focus on quality and sustainable development. Position based in Paris, with flexibility required for regular travel, particularly to Italy
