About the role:

As a Gourmet Sales Coordinator, you play a central role in supporting the sales organization across the SEE region. Acting as a link between customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders, you ensure smooth execution of all sales-related activities: from lead tracking and quotations to order management and reporting.
This role combines strong administrative coordination with customer-facing responsibilities, making you a key contributor to both customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Key responsibilities:

* Act as a key contact for customer inquiries and follow up on order status.

* Coordinate meetings, sales appointments and communication with customers.

* Support Account Managers in demand forecasting, contract management and pricing topics.

* Assist in resolving pricing issues, invoice queries and order-related challenges.

* Create and process customer orders accurately and on time.

* Manage rush orders and monitor pending orders to ensure timely execution.

* Coordinate sample requests and track execution.

* Support management of customer accounts and ensure smooth administrative processes.

* Maintain and update price lists, trade terms and customer records.

* Track sales performance and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations.

* Analyze trends and support the development of sales strategies.

* Monitor and improve sales administrative processes across the team.

* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.

* Ensure alignment between quotes, contracts and operational execution.

* Support coordination of projects for key accounts and track deadlines.

About you:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field (or equivalent experience).\

* Experience in a sales or customer service environment.

* Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is preferred.

* Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data.

* Excellent organization and time-management skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused mindset.

* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
