What is your purpose?
* Maintaining VM standards, particularly in specific zones assigned by management
* Implementing layout plans as directed by management
* Installing and setting up Europe-wide window displays and campaign stylings
* Campaign-focused styling of mannequins, taking market trends into account
* Installing effective in-store displays in line with marketing and promotional guidelines
* Regular checks of all VM elements such as mannequins, displays, lighting, and light boxes
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Participating in regular meetings with the Store Management Team
* Training and onboarding sales staff in VM and display standards
* Assist customers to answer any questions they may have, welcome them into fitting rooms, manage the cash register, all with the aim of offering excellent customer service
* Take care of deliveries, shipments and display of products in store and perform cleaning tasks to ensure the store is always in the best possible condition for an excellent shopping experience
* Collaborate enthusiastically with team members and support them when needed to create a cohesive and efficient working environment
* Inform managers of customer comments about products and services to continue improving our business for today's and tomorrow's customers.

What You Bring
* Availability to work 40 hours per week
* Experience and knowledge in styling
* High level of creativity and fashion awareness
* Understanding of the local market and competitors
* Detail-oriented working style and high quality standards
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure
* Flexibility and strong team spirit
* Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser is an advantage
