Junior Production Designer
We're expanding our onsite Creative Hub in Riga to support retail point-of-sale and marketing activities across 12 European markets. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career designer to gain hands-on experience in a global retail environment while collaborating with regional marketing teams.

Therefore,
Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

Junior Production Designer

Type of Employment: Temporary position for 6 months (employed through the staffing agency Grafton)
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Design, prepare, and deliver retail cycle artwork and marketing materials for print and digital channels.
* Manage tasks from initial brief to sign-off, ensuring all work meets brand standards and stakeholder expectations.
* Work across multiple high-volume projects simultaneously and communicate proactively with account managers and internal teams.
* Follow quality control and sign-off procedures, maintain accurate file and asset management.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (third-level degree or equivalent).
* 0 - 1 year of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects.
* Strong visual design skills and an understanding of brand building in a retail environment.
* The ability to manage high-volume design work and meet tight deadlines.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with colleagues across Europe.
* Reliability as a team player, with excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
* Experience with After Effects, Figma, digital asset creation, or workflow tools (e.g., Workfront) is an advantage but not essential.
