About Therole

As the CBRE FinancialAnalyst - Record to Report (RTR), your accountability the Payroll, Fixed AssetsAccounting and Reporting, Bank Reconciliation, enabling the execution ofhigh-quality services as Global Business Services Organisation (BSO).

What You'llDo

* Ensureall activities (including metrics / SLA reporting) are executed timely,accurately and with the required quality
* Ensuremonthly / quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations are done in timelymanner and in accordance with the accounting policy
* Performthe Asset module process which include addition, retirement, transfer and etcinto Asset subledger system.
* PerformPayroll and Labour allocation journals by communicate with internal stakeholder- i.e. Finance and HR team.
* Coordinate/workwith technical teams on any system issue that pertaining to payroll, fixedasset and bank issue.
* Monitorbank/cash Balance Sheet accounts and ensure the receivables and payables arematch on the timely basis.
* Prepareand submit the routine month end reports as per the timeline.
* Submitmonthly reporting and performance commentaries into Hyperion FinancialManagement (HFM)
* Supportand provide information for financial audit and tax audit.
* Deliverthe tasks/activities in accordance to control procedure (SOX)
* Provide support to any ad-hoc taskassigned by superior

What You'llneed

* Degreein Accounting / professional qualifications will be an added advantage (CA,CPA, ACCA)
* Freshgraduates are encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for someone looking tolaunch their career in Accounting Industry. Candidates with 0-1 year of workingexperience (including internships, part-time jobs, or school projects) will bepreferred.
* Proficientin English both oral and written is required. Proficiency in other languages(ie: Mandarin) will be a plus point
* Computerliterate, preferably with Excel analysis data
* Directrelevant experience of working in a Captive SSC / Business Process OutsourcingOrganisations will be desired (in addition to years of experience /qualification)
* Possessknowledge of accounting principles and International Financial ReportingStandards (IFRS) / US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (USGAAP)Accounting
* Possessknowledge of operation of control frameworks such as SOX
* Ableto work independently with problem solving skills and technical aptitude tobuild controls and identify errors
* Understandingof Finance systems & technical integrations (experience with Peoplesoft9.2, JD Edwards, Coupa, and Trintech would be an advantage)
