Responsibilities
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Operations Manager to lead a critical segment of the Indirect Purchasing (IP) organization within PFNA.
This role oversees key pillars including Projects & Controls, Nationals, and Service Operations, playing a central role in ensuring operational excellence, governance, and continuous transformation across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
The position drives execution, leads cross-functional initiatives, and ensures alignment with key stakeholders such as Global Procurement, AP, and field operations.
This is a high-visibility role that requires strong leadership, structured thinking, and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
Your Impact
As Mfg Process Ops Assoc Manager your responsibilities would consist of:
* Lead and develop teams across Projects & Controls, Nationals, and Service Operations, ensuring strong performance and engagement
* Drive operational excellence, ensuring SLA compliance, backlog health, and process standardization
* Own governance frameworks, including performance tracking, reporting, and KPI visibility
* Lead and execute strategic projects and transformation initiatives across the P2P process
* Partner closely with Global Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendor Maintenance, and field stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
* Ensure strong controls and compliance within the purchasing and AP processes
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains
* Act as escalation point for complex operational issues and drive resolution
* Support organizational design, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of the operating model
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications

Experience
* Proven experience leading teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of purchasing, accounts payable, and end-to-end P2P processes
* Experience working with cross-functional and global stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results under pressure
* Experience with systems such as SAP, MyBuy, or similar platforms is a plus
* High level of ownership, proactiveness, and execution mindset
* Proficient in English
