You will leverage advanced analytics, financial planning expertise, and innovative AI-powered solutions to drive forecasting accuracy, improve business performance, and identify opportunities that create value.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and strategic decision support
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to support business objectives and resource allocation
* Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
* Monitor business results through reporting and early-warning indicators to drive proactive decision-making
* Evaluate investments, projects, and business cases through robust financial analysis and profitability assessments
* Drive forecast accuracy improvements by ensuring data integrity and delivering value-added recommendations
* Champion process optimization, reporting automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes

Essential Requirements

* Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis within a complex organization
* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
* Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and effectively partner with cross-functional teams
* Experience supporting strategic planning, investment evaluations, and performance management processes
* Fluent English communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences is a must.

Desirable Requirements

* Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with an understanding of commercial and financial value drivers
* Experience leveraging artificial intelligence, data visualization, and business intelligence tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making
