About this Position

Ensure and validate compliance with the Master Production Schedule (MPS), guaranteeing the execution of operational activities and the accurate recording of information in authorized systems, in accordance with the standards of the Integrated Management System and the company's requirements.
Ensure a safe and compliant operation (GMP and SHEQ), the achievement of line KPIs (safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and sustainability), quality at each production stage, and equipment reliability (HPS: TBM, Center Line, and CILT) through shop floor execution, team development, legal compliance, and effective management of visual performance boards with shift-by-shift follow-up.

What you´ll do

* Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as quality, safety, health, energy, waste management, and environmental awareness requirements applicable to the assigned work areas, in accordance with current procedures, standards, and instructions, while promoting active participation in the organizational culture.
* Ensure and actively participate in achieving operational objectives and KPIs (including safety, quality, work environment, sustainability, management systems, and productivity) through shop floor execution, planning, monitoring, and implementation of actions aimed at optimizing results, maintaining safe and efficient conditions, strengthening the team, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
* Lead compliance with quality standards at each stage of the operations line process by ensuring adherence to established standards, protocols, and guidelines, in order to deliver reliable and consistent products, minimize errors and rework, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the efficiency and integrity of operational processes.
* Oversee the effective performance of machinery and equipment under their responsibility through the implementation of HPS tools, including Preventive Maintenance (TBM) and Autonomous Maintenance Routines (Centerline and CILT), to ensure continuous and reliable equipment operation, reduce breakdowns and downtime, optimize process efficiency, and guarantee production line availability and performance.
* Ensure team competency through daily meetings, Gemba Walks, assessments, feedback sessions, and development plans, while applying emotional intelligence in conflict resolution and decision-making. This is intended to strengthen team capabilities, support professional growth, maintain a healthy work environment, protect employee well-being, and ensure achievement of operational goals.
* Identify improvement opportunities to ensure operational efficiency and profitability by proposing safe, efficient, and cost-effective processes, and by developing and implementing action plans for their execution.
* Supervise legal and regulatory compliance related to the operation of the assigned shift's production line by verifying adherence to current regulations and procedures, monitoring critical activities, documenting and reporting incidents, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. The objective is to ensure regulatory compliance, avoid legal risks or penalties, protect employee safety, and maintain operational continuity.
* Ensure an effective flow of operational information by maintaining visual management boards, and by ensuring proper follow-up with the Cell Manager and line leaders during each shift to achieve line objectives. This supports clear and effective communication, facilitates decision-making, and ensures the accomplishment of operational goals.

What makes you a good fit

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Leader, Production Supervisor, or Team Leader in manufacturing plants.
* Basic level of English.
* Degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
