Launch Manager (Project Rampage)

Description du poste:

Coordinate activities for all the launches with the BIW team and VPE team.
Coordinate weekend activites meeting to coordinate resoruces with the maintenance and operations team.
Schedule resoruces required to support the modifications and improvements in the system
Design review with the VPE team

To manage the facility cleaning: budget, definition and modification of the cleaning cycles, monitoring of the outside contractors activity.

To ensure the correct data collection process (spare parts, interventions of external scheduled maintenance, manpower scheduling, consumable material, auxiliary material...)

2 Operational

a.-

To be responsible for the integration of his Group/Zone and other Groups/Zones and departments (Shift Managers and PIM's).

To plan and implement countermeasures in order to solve unsafe conditions and near misses with the support of the maintenance staff.

To manage safety system ISO 18001.

3 Resource Management

a.-

To plan the weekly manpower planning for all Maintenance leaders and Specialists.

To evaluate and plan the needs of his own Team according to the production planning and the planning activities during the production shut Down.
