We are currently looking for a Strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. This role oversees budget control, payment execution, fleet management platforms, and the administration of commercial programs and cooperative advertising initiatives, ensuring accurate governance, compliance with corporate policies, and operational efficiency. The position plays a critical role in supporting fleet sales performance by enabling timely payments, reliable reporting, effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external providers, and disciplined budget management. The expected outcomes include strong financial control, seamless execution of commercial programs, optimized fleet operations, and transparent, high-quality reporting to support strategic decision-making.
A Day in the Life:
* Manage the administrative onboarding and ongoing support of fleet customers, ensuring accurate setup and maintenance within corporate systems.
* Coordinate fleet sales-related administrative processes, including documentation, contracts, and cross-functional workflows with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams.
* Execute corporate fleet commercial programs by defining program structures, calculating performance-based benefits, managing related platforms, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
* Administer the cooperative advertising (PCOOP) platform by validating submissions, reconciling expenses, and processing payments to dealers and service providers in compliance with corporate policies.
* Control fleet-related budgets by monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and ensuring alignment with approved financial plans.
* Prepare consolidated financial, operational, and executive reports to support decision-making, performance tracking, and audit requirements.
* Ensure compliance with corporate governance, financial controls, and internal audit standards across all fleet-related administrative and financial activities.
Who We're Looking for:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in:
* Budget control and financial administration.
* Payment management and commercial programs.
* Coordination with dealers, suppliers, or service providers.
* Use of administrative or financial platforms.
* Microsoft, SAP, intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
* Intermediate English
