The Opportunity

Your Impact
Give support to the sales team with information, inputs and dashboards, in Excel, Power Bi and other platforms for decision making, additionally calculate the budget and the variable bonus of the sales team according to the coverage of their quotas. Always look for ways to add value to the reports that are currently delivered, with improvements and automation.
Responsibilities

* Building effective relationships with the customer team is critical to success
* Support the sales team with information, reports and inputs necessary for decision making
* Calculate the budget for the different channels and categories of the sales team
* Calculation of variable incentive for the sales force according to budget coverage
* Prepare reports to give visibility to the sales team on the coverage of their budgets and trends
* Look for improvement, automate and standardize the reports we have in the sector with the rest of Latam in order to add more value to what we deliver
* Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?
* Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors' degree
* 1 - 2 years of relevant professional experience
* Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
* Clear Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)
* Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Proficient in PowerBI (creation and use of dashboards)
* Fluent English oral and written communication skills
