Meet the team

As a member of EMEA CX FP&A team, you will collaborate across all of Cisco's CX (services) businesses, working closely with the EMEA CX FP&A team, Finance Controllers, Operations, and CX Delivery teams.
You will be an integral part of the EMEA CX Finance Regional Team, contributing to the management of the P&L for Cisco's CX (service) operations in EMEA, which generates approximately $3B of Revenue per annum.

Your primary contributions will include:
* Performing close activities, including Bookings (Orders), Revenue, and Gross Margin forecasting, long-range planning, and restatements
* Providing critical data insights to help manage the EMEA CX P&L and support strategic trade-off decisions.
* Driving innovation and simplification in our processes and reporting, with a strong emphasis on exploring and implementing AI use-cases to enhance our daily operations and analytical capabilities.
* Learning how to and using your communication and storytelling skills to translate complex financial analysis into impactful insights and compelling recommendations that drive action.
* Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities within the EMEA CX P&L.

Minimum qualifications

* You are a highly motivated and enthusiastic Finance Analyst with at least 2 years of professional experience, possessing a strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
* You are willing to grow within Finance and demonstrate a high level of engagement and initiative.
* You are known for your proficiency in Excel, understanding that while powerful, the most effective financial models are often built on simple, clear solutions.
* You understand your insights will drive actions only if others buy into your message.

* You are curious, resourceful, and thrive on tackling challenges without obvious solutions.
* You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity, open to change, and eager to explore and implement new technologies and analytical approaches, particularly in the realm of Artificial Intelligence, to drive deeper insights and operational excellence.
