Join Capital Production at Aviva, the UK's largest insurer operating in one of the world's most competitive and advanced insurance markets. Aviva manages capital using a sophisticated Solvency II Internal Model, placing analytical excellence and forward-looking risk insight at the centre of its decision-making. In this role, you will contribute directly to capital reporting and insight, providing the analysis that underpins capital management decisions.

As part of the Capital Production team, you may be involved in:
* Building a strong understanding of how Aviva's life business is captured in the Solvency II Internal Model.
* Explaining movements in capital results across reporting runs, assumptions, market changes, or model developments.
* Supporting loss-function fitting, calibration, and validation to ensure risk distributions accurately reflect Aviva's risk profile.
* Running sensitivity tests to understand capital drivers and assess impacts on solvency.
* Helping with solvency monitoring and contributing to longer-term capital projections that support strategic decision-making.
* Improving model inputs, mappings, and processes to maintain high-quality, controlled capital production.

What we're looking for:
* Around 2 years of analytical work experience, ideally in a quantitative or financial environment.
* Strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
* Motivation to develop actuarial skills and deepen understanding of capital modelling.
* Experience in actuarial modelling, financial analysis, or programming (R, VBA), with confidence working on complex datasets.
* Good English communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with the UK.
* Knowledge of Solvency II/UK, especially Internal Model concepts or capital metrics, would be an advantage.
