Summary of the role:
As an Accountant, you'll become a member of our Finance Service Center team located in Warsaw, Poland. You'll be responsible for performing complex professional accounting work for two foreign entities: booking of invoices, Master Data maintenance, payments proposal preparation, bank account reconciliation, posting vendor's invoices, billing invoices, fixed assets recognition and depreciation, preparation of accruals, entering all accounting records into the accounting system, preparation of trial balances and corporate financial reports

Responsibilities:

* Master data maintenance

* Posting of invoices form suppliers/providers

* Processing of travel expenses

* Posting of invoices (billing)

* Create payment proposals

* Processing of payments

* Posting bank statements

* Clear vendors and customer accounts

* Payroll posting

* Preparing journal entries and trial balances

* Preparation and posting of necessary accruals

* Preparation reports for local teams and collaboration with the local teams on accounting/finance matters

* Analyze and review accounting operations, ensuring correct recording

* Compliance with local GAAP, IFRS

* Maintenance of the relevant accounting documentation to back up the company financial statements in front of tax authorities, external/internal auditors and any other competent authority requiring information

* Collaboration with the tax provider on tax matters

* Collaboration with Group accounting and other corporate departments on the relevant matters

* Preparation of set of the corporate of financial reports and other reports on monthly basis, ad-hoc reports by request

About ideal Candidate:

* Background in Accounting & Finance and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration

* Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting department

* Experience in working with Symfonia would be an advantage

* Language: very good English

* Good knowledge of Excel

* Good organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks

* Multi-Tasking and problem-solving capabilities

* Excellent team working skills
