Commerce DevOps Hub is being established. The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.

As the Junior Solution Engineer in the Commerce Integration team , you have the basic knowledge of the product technical details and you are a part of the solution engineering team responsible for the technical configuration, development and integrations between products and platforms in Commerce domain, used by specific business processes across OpCos, to better serve their customers.

You support alignment with architecture and business objectives, ensuring on-time delivery.

You will work with the Product Owner(s) and Product Architect(s), understanding the business needs and translating them into specifications and services in line with overall engineering standards and roadmaps.

You adhere to the solution engineering practices to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle in our Commerce landscape.

The role reports directly to the Solution Engineering Lead.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Technical Activities:

* designing, configuring, developing and integrating IT solutions within the tech stack: Azure API Management (APIM) - including API policies, security configurations, under the supervision of senior team members, to enable use cases per the needs of the business.

* working with the team to tailor technical solutions for OpCo's requirements, often leveraging existing products or services. Customising and configuring systems to meet the agreed scope. Developing and maintaining configuration rules and logic based on business requirements and industry best practices.

* communicating with users and OpCos, working closely with the PO and other DevOps teams.

* contributing to the integration of solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

* participating in testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality

* providing basic troubleshooting and support for technical support as needed

* adhering to solution standards, and architectural guidelines.

* Knowledge Transfer

* documenting configuration processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference.

* staying updated on team technologies, participate in mentoring from senior team members.

* Collaboration:

* following agreed appropriate deployment process and collaborating with other teams to gather requirements and specifications for product configurations.

* coordinating with other Commerce teams to maintain the highest quality standards for the product, ensuring that all Heineken standards are applied.

* Learning:

* staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in key technologies in our landscape.

* working on continuous improvement of IT and business processes and their implementation in systems.

* CI/CD pipelines

* Other middleware platforms: Boomi, Mulesoft, Solace, Seeburger

* SAML, OpenID Connect

* Microservices architecture and serverless computing

* SOAP, WSDL

* Azure functions, Azure logic Apps, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Powershell, Python

* Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing (Azure Functions)
