HR Professional with German

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Record, verify and execute transactions according to process documentation. HR activities to be covered: Reporting, Data maintenance, Employee Transfer, Lending, Reorganization and Return from Abroad, contract changes, some onboarding activities).

* Monitor process exceptions

* Support and follow up on issues within workflow systems

* Cooperation with internal partners (German market - includes business partners, managers, recruiters, works council)

* Creation of employment documents as well as data maintenance in the system

* Perform controls (process, ICS)

* Contribute to process improvements

Who You Are:

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including customer service experience.

* Strong attention to detail and familiarity in working with documentation.

* Fluent in English (minimum B2) and German (minimum C1), both written and spoken.

* Experience in HR IT systems (e.g., SAP GHP/Workday) and HR processes is a plus.
