Przegląd Maternity leave cover Obowiązki Assist in key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, development, performance reviews, and offboarding. Support managers and employees in day-to-day people-related matters and contribute to a positive employee experience. Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees across the organization. Support the delivery of HR initiatives and employee engagement activities. Contribute to organizational and people-related projects by coordinating activities and tracking progress. Ensure accuracy and quality of employee data and HR documentation. Support the communication and application of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Prepare HR reports, insights, and presentations to support decision-making. Kwalifikacje Previous experience as HR Business Partner, preferably in e-commerce, media, advertising or IT industry. Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training & development, compensation, etc.). Proficient knowledge of English and Polish. Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, Power Point). Experience supporting leaders and employees across multiple departments or business units. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Skillful combination of interpersonal competences with the orientation on the task and goal realization. Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
