Responsibilities Obsługa finansowo-controlingowo-księgowa klientów firmy; Współpraca z biurem rachunkowym firmy; Współpraca z innymi działami firmy przy wykonywaniu zadań; Zakładanie jobów; zamówień zakupu, kosztorysów; akceptacja wydatków projektowych Kontrola nad wystawianiem faktur przez biuro rachunkowe; Kontrola kosztów; Dbałość o prawidłowy obieg dokumentów; Archiwizacja dokumentów źródłowych. Qualifications Doświadczenie w finansach i księgowości; Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2; Dobra znajomość obsługi komputera i środowiska MS Office; Systematyczność, skrupulatność; Dobra organizacja pracy.
