This role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making, ensuring data accuracy, and providing strategic insights to boost sales growth and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders and lead a team focused on enhancing our sales support systems and reporting capabilities.

What are we looking for?

* Degree in Quantitative Methods, Finance, Management, or Economics
* Experience as a Business Development Manager, SRM Manager, or Category Manager in FMCG
* Experience in project management
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Proven leadership and project management experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

* Analyze sales data trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
* Collaborate with Sales Leadership, SRM, Category, and Finance teams to translate business needs into system and reporting solutions
* Lead the team managing and developing sales support systems tailored to the Polish market
* Oversee the design and continuous improvement of dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports
* Deliver clear, evidence-based recommendations to the Sales Leadership Team
* Close collaboration with Digital Technologies Team
