The Opportunity

We're looking for an Operational Manager to join our team in České Budějovice. In this role, you'll support payment operations, coordinate tasks within the team, and help improve how things run daily. We need someone who can communicate clearly, work through problems, and share information effectively in Czech and English.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

* Support in managing payment operations

* Coordination of the operations team

* Ensuring optimization of operational processes

* Resolving operational incidents and ensuring escalation, preparing documents and reporting internally and externally

* Ensuring problem management issues

* Implementation of corporate policies with consideration of operational processes and preparation of operational implementation guideline

* Excellent communication skills, either within the team with top management or with the parent company.

* English at B1+ - B2 level and above - documents and meetings will be in English
