Kickstart your global career in Project Management at Kantar!

Just finished uni? Thinking about a career change? Or maybe you've got a year or two of work under your belt and want to take it global?
If you're organized, curious, and ready to learn - this is your chance to start (or restart!) your career in international project management.
At Kantar's Global Research Centre (GRC) in Prague, we're looking for ambitious and detail-loving people to join our growing team of Junior Project Managers. No matter what you studied or what your background is - if you love solving problems, staying on top of things, and working with people from around the world, we want to hear from you.

Who we are:
Kantar is the world's leading marketing data and analytics company, with 30,000+ employees across 100+ countries.
At our Prague-based Global Research Centre, we run international research projects that help major global brands - from tech giants to travel leaders - understand people's thoughts, feelings, and decisions.
Want to meet the team and hear what it's like to work here (including tips from our recruiter)?

What you'll do as a Junior Project Manager:
You'll learn to manage global market research projects - from launch to delivery. Step by step, you'll build confidence, gain real skills, and grow into a strong project leader. You'll:
* Be the main contact person for the teams involved in your projects
* Plan and kick off new projects: set timelines, estimate budgets, and spot risks early
* Keep everything on track: manage changes, share updates, and solve issues
* Work with data: review quality, support troubleshooting, and deliver results
* Learn the financial side: understand project costs and how to optimize them
* Help improve how we work by sharing ideas and supporting others
No worries if you've never done this before - we've got your back with hands-on training, a buddy system, and expert support from day one.

What we're looking for:
We care more about your mindset than your CV. Here's what makes a great fit:
* You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
* You're organized, proactive, and love a good challenge
* You have strong English skills (both spoken and written)
* You're not afraid of Excel or teamwork across time zones
* You stay cool when plans change and love figuring things out
* You're curious about project management, research, or tech tools
* You like to learn, grow, and connect with people from different cultures
If you get overwhelmed by a messy spreadsheet or avoid answering emails, this might not be your thing. But if you're ready to jump in, we'll teach you everything else.

Why you'll love working here:
* Global research for some of the world's biggest and most iconic brands
* A diverse, international team (with colleagues from 40+ countries!)
* Clear career growth opportunities with solid training from day one
* A flexible hybrid work model, and a bright modern office in central Prague

And of course, great benefits:
* 25 days of vacation + 2 paid volunteering days
* Shorter working hours on Fridays in July and August!
* Weekly yoga classes
* Mental health support and wellbeing programs
* Multisport card, meal allowance, cafeteria points
* Pension contribution and life insurance
* On-site canteen and discounted physiotherapy and massage
* Access to LinkedIn Learning, internal training tools, and more

Important note
We're looking to fill this role as soon as possible. If you're available to start within a month and already have the right to work in the Czech Republic, we'd love to hear from you.
Please note that we're unable to offer visa sponsorship or relocation support.
Interviews will take place in person at our office at Strossmayerovo náměstí.
