Construction Manager - Infrastructure, Civil and Build

Construction Manager acting for the client to de-conflict operations/maintenance/capital works activities. Part of the Construction Management Office (CMO).

You'll be responsible for:
* Driving team performance through coaching, development, and results delivery.
* Managing structure or fit-out packages, ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards.
* Liaising with Project Package Managers on programme and critical path activities.
* Managing lookahead meetings and provides planned vs actual performance data.
* Escalating deviations from plan to construction leadership when required.
* Applying digital strategy, ensuring accurate use of construction information.
* Overseeing close-out, QAQC plans, ITPs, and handover documentation.
* Building strong stakeholder relationships while promoting best practice, digital innovation, and net zero carbon transition.
You'll need to have:
* Working towards MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent professional development.
* Proven delivery experience in the infrastructure sector, across construction-managed projects and programmes.
* Strong construction management capability with developing commercial and financial acumen.
* Experience leading diverse teams, building trusted stakeholder relationships, with sustainability and carbon awareness.
