Overview Paid Social Manager We're hiring a Paid Social Manager to lead exciting, high-impact campaigns for Meta's global portfolio-working across some of the most dynamic social platforms in the industry. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape how world-class brands show up across TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, driving real business outcomes at scale. You'll be at the centre of strategy, performance, and innovation-combining data, creativity, and collaboration to make meaningful impact. At Performics, you won't just run campaigns-you'll influence how they're built, tested, and optimised, in a team that values curiosity, support, and continuous growth. Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Lead paid social strategy and performance delivery across Meta's global campaigns, with ownership from planning through to optimisation Build strong client relationships, translating performance data into clear, actionable insights that drive better decisions Design and evolve testing roadmaps to unlock new opportunities across platforms like TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Champion smart use of data, selecting meaningful KPIs and shaping measurement approaches that reflect real business impact Oversee day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and smooth execution across budgets, tracking, and reporting Explore new platform features, tools, and automation to improve efficiency and keep campaigns at the cutting edge Support and develop team members, creating a collaborative, inclusive environment where people can do their best work Qualifications Skills we're looking for: Experience delivering paid social campaigns and shaping strategy across multiple platforms Confidence working with clients-comfortable presenting ideas, explaining performance, and influencing direction Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data into clear, commercially focused actions Organised and detail-focused, with a good understanding of budgets and financial accountability Curious and open to new ideas, with a mindset that embraces testing, learning, and continuous improvement Collaborative and supportive, with a natural ability to work well across teams and develop others Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities in a fast-moving environment What's in it for you: Work on Meta-one of the most exciting and influential clients in digital media Exposure to global campaigns across multiple high-growth platforms, not just one channel The chance to shape strategy, not just execute it, with space to test and innovate A culture that genuinely values learning, development, and progression Support from a collaborative team where your ideas and perspective are valued Access to best-in-class tools, technology, and data capabilities A role with real visibility, impact, and opportunity to grow your caree Additional information Spark Foundry offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
