GBS Cost Allocation & Billing Manager (Contract)

Scope of Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the end-to-end calculation of GBS cost allocations and cross-charges
* Review, maintain and enhance allocation models to support forecast, interim and year-end billing cycles
* Work closely with Finance, GBS and business stakeholders to validate allocation methodologies, cost drivers and billing structures
* Support the refresh and validation of financial models using actuals and forecast data
* Monitor actual costs against forecast allocations and investigate variances
* Analyse and resolve cost, allocation and billing queries within SAP
* Collaborate with the GBS billing team to ensure timely and accurate execution of service billings
* Ensure all calculations, assumptions and supporting documentation are appropriately controlled, referenced and audit-ready
* Provide insight and recommendations to improve the efficiency, accuracy and governance of the cost allocation process
* Support the successful delivery of Finance Transformation milestones relating to shared service cost recovery and charging

Skills / Experience
* Qualified or part-qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experience).
* Strong finance, management accounting, cost allocation or financial analysis background.
* Advanced Excel skills, including experience building and maintaining financial models.
* Experience working with SAP and investigating transactional and cost data.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to manage large datasets and perform complex reconciliations.
* Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across Finance and operational teams.
* Experience of shared services, intercompany billing, cost allocations or service recharging processes.
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
* Experience within a large multinational organisation
* Experience supporting Finance Transformation or ERP-enabled change programmes
* Knowledge of transfer pricing, service recharges or intercompany cost recovery processes
* Experience working with shared service centres or global business services organisations
