Are you ready to advance your career with a leader in engine service, repair, and overhaul? We're searching for a skilled Engine Workshop Technician to join our workshop in Leeds. Become part of a dedicated team that works on the cutting-edge of Cummins Engines, ensuring top-notch quality and service.
What We Offer:
* Work-life Balance: A schedule that works for you! 37.5 hours per week:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
* Fridays: Enjoy an early finish at 12:30 PM
* Growth Opportunities: Lead, mentor, and coach less experienced technicians while you hone your expertise and develop leadership skills.
* Impactful Role: Take pride in performing essential troubleshooting, repairs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance that keep engines running at their best.
Your Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver Quality Repairs: Showcase your expertise by performing independent diagnostics and repairs on cutting-edge engine products.
* Standardize Best Practices: Implement our established procedures and policies to ensure consistency in service operations.
* Prolong Engine Lifespan: Conduct thorough preventative maintenance and reduce engine failures.
* Keep Accurate Records: Ensure smooth business operations by completing all required documentation efficiently.
* Foster a Learning Environment: Pass on your knowledge to team members and apprentices, helping them grow.
* Maintain Safety & Cleanliness: Contribute to a safe, organized, and compliant workshop environment.

Qualifications:
* Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
* Vocational Diploma from a relevant technical institution
* Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
* Advanced experience with engine products and the ability to coach junior technicians.
