Brand Stylist - Levi's Concession at John Lewis
We are seeking a passionate Brand Stylist to represent Levi's at our John Lewis concession in Oxford Street. As a Brand Stylist, you will be the face of Levi's in-store, delivering an exceptional customer experience that embodies the iconic Levi's brand. Your role will involve guiding customers through our collections, offering personalised styling advice, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects Levi's unique heritage and values. Key parts of the role:
* Deliver the highest level of customer service through living our brand values
* Seamlessly move between both men's & women's departments whilst delivering a consistent experience
* Support the Wholesale team in achieving individual and concession sales targets
* Assist with deliveries and organisation of stockroom
* Be a brand ambassador
* Weekly reporting to the Wholesale team
* Offer an exceptional 1-2-1 customer service and ensure the customer comes first

Our ideal candidate:
* Passionate about the brand and living our values
* Consumer focused and ability to offer great customer service
* Previous retail experience
* Deliver targets, excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident in selling our products, approaching and supporting customers
* Strong understanding of retail, including competitors and the wider social and economic factors which impact our business
* Entrepreneurial and driven mindset
* Excel skills for data reporting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to taking ownership and delivering effective solutions.
* Build-up, cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders within various layers of the wholesale organisation and host store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Able to identify opportunities for brand growth
* Curate and execute the best visual merchandising strategy by following the brand guidelines
* Available to work 3 days a week with at least one day on the weekend included
