What You'll Be Doing

As a Store Supervisor, you'll support the leadership team in driving store performance while leading by example on the shop floor. You'll help translate commercial priorities into day-to-day action, support the development of Stylists, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Here's how you'll make it happen:

* Supporting and deputising for the management team when required to deliver KPIs and commercial priorities
* Helping to implement daily and weekly sales targets to drive store performance
* Monitoring KPIs and team performance, supporting reporting and feeding back to the management team
* Leading by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional 1-to-1 customer service
* Supporting the development of Stylists through coaching, training, and sharing product knowledge
* Assisting with store operations including stock management, admin, payroll, and rotas
* Helping to maintain strong visual merchandising and brand standards
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-energy team environment

What You'll Bring

* Proven experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment
* Strong customer service skills with a hands-on, people-focused approach
* Experience working to and supporting the delivery of KPIs and sales targets
* A good understanding of store operations and day-to-day retail processes
* Confidence coaching and developing others on the shop floor
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
