Cybersecurity Analyst

Schneider Electric Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia (Hybrid)
Location: Novi Sad

We are looking for a motivated Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Digital Grid Cybersecurity Team. In this role, you will work closely with our Security Governance Manager and senior cybersecurity experts to support the development and implementation of security programs, processes, and controls across our products, services, and internal operations. Key responsibilities:
* Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security processes aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, IEC 62443, and various other international security and compliance standards.
* Participate in compliance activities, audits, and certification programs.
* Assist in reviewing tender requirements and contractual documents related to security.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to security policies and best practices.
* Track updates to security documentation, policies, and ISMS requirements.
* Contribute to vulnerability, risk, and security assessments, supplier security assessments under senior guidance.
* Stay up to date with modern cybersecurity trends, tools, and emerging threats.
* Support activities related to secure software and infrastructure practices.
* Prepare reports and provide updates to the team manager.
Qualifications/experience:
* University degree (Technical or Natural Sciences fields).
* At least 1 year of work experience or hands-on experience through internships, projects, or security labs.
* Teamwork and communication skills.
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
* Willingness to travel occasionally.

Required skills:
* Teamwork, collaboration, and organizational skills
* Willingness to constantly improve technical and soft skills
* Verification and validation of software solutions
* Software Security
* Ability to pursue security certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, and others.
