* Define and develop international pricing strategies and guidelines for spare parts across all products and markets.
* Lead spare parts categorisation, customer segmentation, and implementation of a commercial pricing tool.
* Conduct in-depth data analysis of past transactions to establish pricing baselines and support quoting and sales campaigns.
* Consolidate market and competitor feedback; develop value creation models and maintain market price information.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and order processing teams to align pricing with market realities

Profil requis du candidat:

* Degree in Economics or Engineering with Business Administration training, plus proven experience in spare parts pricing and contract negotiation in a global industrial environment.
* Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data analytics tools, Power BI, and SAP R/3 or equivalent ERP systems.
* Excellent conceptual and organisational skills - able to prioritise effectively, work in a structured manner, and take ownership with a high sense of responsibility.
* Outstanding communicator and team player with assertiveness, flexibility, and a strong service orientation.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
