Job Description:

Roland Berger is looking for hires to our Nordic Transactions and Investor Services (TIS) practice, based in Stockholm.
Our TIS practice is the ideal place for professionals with a passion for M&A and to create value for investors. You will work closely with Private Equity and strategic investors in all stages of the investment process, from target search, M&A, due diligence, value creation and exit.
If you have 2+ years of experience in CDD/CVDD, M&A advisory or value creation, and are fluent in a Nordic language, we'd love to hear from you. Exciting challenges await you.

Qualifications:

* You have a master's degree in economics/business and/or engineering, or equivalent.
* You have +2 years of experience in Strategy consulting, Private Equity, Investment banking or other relevant experience from M&A advisory
* Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including financial modelling
* You work with precision, and you are open-minded
* You like to work in teams
* You have good written and oral presentation skills and speak a Nordic language as well as English fluently.
