This is a temporary summer position from 25th of May to 31st of August, based at our office in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
What you'll do
We are now recruiting Customer Care Specialists for temporary summer positions to join our team at our headquarters in Gothenburg.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding and personal customer experience by addressing the needs of current and future consumers throughout their journey. As a brand ambassador, your role is crucial in supporting our mission and bringing our brand promise to life.
You will primarily communicate with consumers via phone and email, to understand their inquiries and provide clear guidance and high-level service. Your goal is to find sustainable and customer-focused solutions in every interaction.
In this role, you will be part of a Scandinavian setup where we work cross-market to support customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. You are expected to be fluent in at least one of the Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Danish or Finnish), but this does not limit you to supporting customers only from that specific market.
We collaborate closely across the Nordic markets and actively help each other to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience. With the support of colleagues, shared processes, and internal tools, you will have the opportunity to assist customers across Scandinavia.
To provide timely support during the summer season the primary place of work is our office in Lindholmen, where we value close collaboration and team spirit.
What you'll bring
We are looking for people with a flexible mindset and a proactive, hands-on attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced and sometimes changing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential. You can identify and analyse consumers' needs and guide them toward relevant and sustainable solutions. Being solution-oriented and eager to learn will help you quickly grow into the role during the summer period.
Collaboration is key. You work effectively within your team and cooperate smoothly with other teams and departments to find the best solutions for our consumers.
Finally, we are looking for someone who:
* Builds trust by being empathetic and attentive to customers' needs
* Has experience handling complaints and feedback professionally while maintaining a positive mindset
* Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Is fluent in English and in at least one Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Danish or Finnish)
* Feels comfortable supporting customers across the Scandinavian markets
* Is available to work shifts at our office in Lindholmen during the summer period, including scheduling morning and evening shifts Monday through Sunday
