As our Junior Profit & Revenue Growth Manager, you will support the team in managing key revenue growth levers such as pricing, portfolio & mix, promotions, and trade terms, with the objective of ensuring sustainable profitable growth.
You will be a part of our PRGM team, and work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Category, and Finance, as well as other team members in Northern Europe. The role offers a combination of analytical responsibility, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to commercial decision-making within an FMCG environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Price, Portfolio & Mix Management
Support pricing recommendations, innovation pricing, and portfolio / assortment analysis by building scenarios and analysing performance to support business KPIs.
* Promotion Effectiveness & Investments
Analyse past and planned promotions, track key KPIs, and support the development and implementation of promotional guidelines to improve promotional efficiency and profitability across brands and customers.
* Trade Terms & Sales Support
Provide analytical support to the sales team ahead of customer negotiations, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines while supporting profitable trade terms and strong customer relationships.
* Data, Systems & Reporting
Support data input and maintenance in PRGM-related tools (e.g. Trade Promotion Management systems and market simulation tools), collaborate with external data providers (e.g. Nielsen), and prepare reports for Sweden and the wider Nordic/Baltic markets.
* Business Planning & Ways of Working
Contribute insights to the business planning process and support continuous improvement of PRGM processes, tools, and ways of working.
You likely have:
* A university degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar
* Relevant experience from finance, sales, business analytics, marketing, FMCG or retail
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data; experience with PowerPoint and an interest in tools such as Power BI
* A good understanding of P&L, pricing, promotions, and profitability drivers
* A proactive, curious, and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt and take ownership in a changing environment
* Fluency in English and Swedish and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
