In this role, you will provide strategic administrative and operational support to senior leadership within Integrated Biologics Platform (Operations). As a trusted partner in a fast-paced global environment, you will proactively manage priorities, stakeholders, and planning.

What you will do:
* Proactively manage complex, fast-changing calendars for designated leaders, ensuring seamless coordination of all internal and external meetings.
* Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and visas, in compliance with policies.
* Manage the full lifecycle of expense reporting and purchase requisitions to support budget visibility and timely approvals.
* Maintain and structure team SharePoint sites, ensuring document integrity, organized version control, and secure access management.
* Provide logistical leadership for on-site and off-site workshops and virtual sessions to ensure high-quality participant experiences.
* Lead the onboarding process for new team members by coordinating equipment, system access, and orientation materials.
* Build collaborative relationships across the "OneLonza" Admin Community while handling confidential information and special projects with discretion.
What we are looking for:
* Significant experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative or Personal Assistant role within a global corporate environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative platforms like SharePoint.
* Technical familiarity with SAP Ariba or similar procurement and expense management systems.
* Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to prioritize a heavy workload independently and accurately while meeting tight deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with a dedication to enhancing team satisfaction and process improvement.
* Educational background in Business Administration, Project Management, or Event Management via an Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree.
