Position Summary

As a Legal Brand IP Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting global Brand IP initiatives. You will help drive projects forward by coordinating stakeholders, managing legal document workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across our systems. You will also support the preparation and refinement of key materials, from legal documents to guidelines and presentations, helping ensure consistency and high quality. In this role, you will manage calendars, organize meetings, and handle routine correspondence, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the Brand IP team.

A Day in the Life of a Legal Brand IP Coordinator

* Lead and support administrative and legal projects, ensuring timelines, compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation

* Prepare, manage, and track legal documents and support data collection, reporting, and legal queries

* Maintain digital tools and systems (SharePoint, intranet, Memotech, Ariba, IPMS) and contribute to process improvements and automation

* Act as main point of contact for internal/external stakeholders; manage correspondence and information flow

* Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, expenses, events, trainings, and daily team operations

* Provide expertise on the Amazon ABR operating system

* Maintain team materials (distribution lists, Teams spaces, org charts) and coordinate onboarding of new team members

* Proven initial experience in a coordinator role within a legal or compliance environment

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

* Autonomous, driven, and agile with a continuous improvement mindset

* Sound judgement and reliable decision-making

* High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

* Actively support problem-solving and brings forward suggestions when challenges arise

* Support cross-team activities and helps improve work processes

* Comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Suite, Concur, ContractExpress, Copilot

* Fluent in English and French
