Fund Dealing Specialist (80-100%) (12-month contract)
As an Investment Fund Execution Specialist, you will join a team of 8 people and play a central role within our group by actively participating in the execution of transactions in the unlisted universe, including both internal and external funds. You will be responsible for organizing, processing, and monitoring market operations until their settlement.
YOUR ROLE
* Open omnibus or segregated accounts with administrators and transfer agents, based on our execution policy
* Manage cash flows for prepaid funds, creating respective payment rules, keeping them up to date and monitoring ongoing transactions
* Execute transactions accurately while respecting the respective fund deadlines, and ensure their monitoring until settlement
* Collaborate with other internal departments (Wealth Management, Asset Management, T&O) as well as with our external counterparties (TA, Fund Managers, etc.) to guarantee the best quality of service for our customers
* Analyze subscription or transfer requests entering in a new unlisted investment vehicle, and ensure their compliance with our internal holding policy
* Configure and codify funds as well as routing rules in our applications
YOUR PROFILE
* University diploma or HEG in finance or economics but "CFC"/"Maturité professionnel bancaire" also considered
* Excellent skills in analyzing and understanding flows
* Excellent communication skills
* Resistance to stress, ability to work both in a team and independently
* Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office)
* Be proficient in French and English (level B2), German an advantage
* Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
