* Support the Director of Finance & Administration
* Perform general controlling activities
* Assist in the preparation of the annual budget
* Prepare monthly, semi-annual, seasonal, and annual financial statements
* Analyze financial statement accounts and reporting items
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Coordinate key administrative processes and workflows
* Manage and oversee contract administration
* Several years of experience in Finance, ideally within the hospitality industry
* Professional qualification in Finance and Accounting
* Knowledge of or experience in Human Resources
* Strong commercial and business acumen
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as Micros, Mirus, and Opera
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
* Proactive approach to challenges with the ability to develop innovative solutions
