As a Spa Attendant, you will work together with the team to ensure that our guests feel completely at ease in the spa.
Your main responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and order, as well as supporting the smooth running of daily operations. Your tasks will include:
* Monitoring and ongoing upkeep of changing rooms, showers, and public spa areas - always clean, tidy, and fully stocked
* Ensuring daytime cleanliness of all spa areas - all cleaning tasks during operating hours are handled by you and the Spa Attendant team; deep cleaning at night is carried out by Housekeeping
* Greeting and assisting guests in the juice bar and spa lounge - always attentive to their wishes and needs
* Preparing and serving drinks such as water, tea, and freshly pressed juices
* Assisting therapists with the preparation of treatment rooms
* Reliably completing checklists and working accurately and punctually - both are key for seamless spa operations
* Reporting lost & found items and assisting with minor logistical tasks

For this position, we are looking for a committed and resilient personality with a strong sense of cleanliness, organisation, and teamwork. You bring the following:
* Experience in the spa sector or in resort hospitality is an advantage
* Initial experience in cleaning, spa, hospitality, facility management, or F&B (e.g. service or bar)
* Good manners, well-groomed appearance, and a confident, helpful attitude towards guests
* Knowledge of nutritional guidelines is a plus
* Attention to detail and high standards of order, hygiene, and quality
* Fluent language skills in English and German and/or French; other languages are an advantage
* High level of personal responsibility, discretion, and willingness to take on physically demanding or unpleasant tasks
* Passion and joy for the profession as well as motivation to work in a team
