* Control product master(PM) quality inspector team in pre-production phase to align with quality standards
* Plan product master inspection, allocate tasks, manage workload in Pre-production phase to meet pre-production timeline and ensure all of the product master can be delivered on time.
* Response to inspect Duplication PM and verify the right SKU version prior to release for testing and mass production Campaign.
* Review and record inspection result, defective and symptom in system, summary %FPY share to relevant team for further quality improvement.
* Proved the Inspection standard time to apply and monitoring actual inspection method to manage and improve team effeiciency
We love that you are…
* Diploma, High Vocational Certificate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the jewellery industry, manufacturing, production, or quality inspection. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome.
* Basic understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and quality inspection principles.
* Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
* Ability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings and select appropriate measuring tools for inspection.
* Strong analytical thinking, logical problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrates leadership potential, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps is an advantage.
* Willingness to learn, adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment, and support operational excellence initiatives.
