About the Job

As a Business Analyst CEEAN, you will be part of our Controlling team, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support business growth and elevate decision-making across our Retail and Wholesale network. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, contribute to strategic planning, and help shape a future-focused, data-driven organization through innovation and continuous improvement.

You will:
* Transform data into actionable insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making.
* Drive visibility of key business metrics across Retail and Wholesale channels.
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes with high-quality analysis.
* Contribute to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by connecting financial and operational insights.
* Deliver impactful dashboards, reports, and performance storytelling for key stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities, risks, and trends, turning data into clear business recommendations.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance transparency and drive performance excellence.
* Continuously improve reporting standards, KPIs, and data quality practices.
* Champion digital innovation through automation and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
* Help create a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About You
You are a curious, analytical, and collaborative professional who thrives on turning data into meaningful business insights and driving continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who has:
* A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Controlling, Finance, or a similar analytical role within an international environment.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
* Professional proficiency in English
* Experience working with SAP, Excel, Power BI, Anaplan, Tableau, Google Cloud, or similar reporting and planning tools.
* Confidence in interpreting complex data and translating findings into clear business recommendations.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong partnerships across functions and stakeholders.
* A passion for digital innovation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
* A proactive approach to driving improvements, challenging the status quo, and creating business value.
* Previous experience in Retail, Fashion, Luxury, or Consumer Goods industries is an advantage.
