Job Description:

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Central Sample (Prototyping) department under the guidance of process experts in an international environment.
* Track, analyze, report, and support the optimization of cost- and transfer-price-related topics, including scrap costs, accounts receivable, and profitability measures.
* Ensure transparency through continuous monitoring and reporting of KPIs, project budgets, and development account performance.
* Coordinate and drive improvement initiatives to enhance sample profitability.
* Create Business Plans (BPXX) and Current Forecasts (CFXX) for Sample area.
* Maintain, update, and optimize sample-related processes while ensuring the efficient transfer of information and documentation between the Central Sample department and relevant stakeholders.
* Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations on sample status and performance for various business units, including product and sales teams.
* Act as key user and first point of contact for sample-related systems and tools.
* Support the development and implementation of guidelines, standards, and best practices for sample management.
* Contribute to the development of training concepts and materials for relevant roles, including support for the BBM Process Compass.
* Ensure alignment of project information, standards, and processes across internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and coordinate sample order management activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Who you are:
* You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
* You have at least 2 years of professional experience in Project Management, Controlling, Production, Operations, Finance, or a related business environment.
* You possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
* You have experience in process design, process optimization, and complex cross-functional process management.
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business planning, or cost controlling is considered an advantage.
* Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment is a plus.
