Description du poste:

Korn Ferry is a global consulting firm that powers performance. We unlock the potential in your people and unleash transformation across your business-synchronizing strategy, operations, and talent to accelerate performance, fuel growth, and inspire a legacy of change. That's why the world's most forward-thinking companies across every major industry turn to us-for a shared commitment to lasting impact and the bold ambition to Be More Than.

Korn Ferry Digital is a scaled product business unit within Korn Ferry that develops and sells our suite of talent products and HR technology. The Korn Ferry Talent Suite enables organizations to align strategy and talent across the full workforce lifecycle. Rather than addressing talent challenges in silos, the platform connects insights across:
* Organizational Strategy
* Talent Acquisition
* Assessment and Succession
* Leadership and Professional Development
* Sales and Service Effectiveness
* Total Rewards

Are you a graduate who enjoys building relationships, loves a challenge and wants real commercial exposure - not just shadowing or admin?
We're offering an exciting 6-month Graduate Role where you'll play a hands-on role in strengthening global rewards data used by some of the world's most recognised organisations. This role sits at the heart of how reward decisions are shaped globally - and your contribution will be visible, valuable and impactful from day one.
You must be fluent in both French and English (C1 / C2)

What you'll be doing:
This is a people-focused, commercially driven role. You'll work closely with internal commercial, consulting and delivery teams to engage organisations and encourage participation in key data submissions.

Your work will include:
* Engaging HR and Reward professionals to support the submission of compensation and benefits data
* Explaining the value and commercial impact of participating in high-quality market data
* Supporting outreach campaigns across priority market segments
* Following up with organisations to ensure accurate, complete submissions
* Helping strengthen the quality, credibility and coverage of our rewards datasets
* Collaborating with colleagues across consulting, delivery, commercial and marketing teams
You'll be trusted to take ownership, build confidence quickly and help deliver outcomes that directly influence market insights and client renewal success.

What we're looking for:
We care more about attitude and potential than a perfect CV.
We're looking for graduates who:
* Are confident communicators and comfortable engaging professionally with others
* Have a commercial mindset and enjoy explaining value
* Are proactive, resilient and motivated to get things done
* Can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
* Are curious about people, data and how organisations reward talent

Some internship, placement or part-time work experience is helpful - but not essential. If you've been involved in societies, projects or practical work alongside your studies, we'd love to hear about it.

What you'll gain
* Real commercial exposure in a globally recognised organisation
* Structured onboarding and support from experienced professionals
* Hands-on experience in Total Rewards, people analytics and market data
* Development of influencing, stakeholder engagement and data literacy skills
* A strong platform for a future career in HR, consulting, analytics or commercial roles

Why join us?
This isn't a "watch and learn" role. You'll:
* Do meaningful work from day one
* Be trusted to speak with professionals across multiple industries
* See the impact of your efforts on real business outcomes
* Build transferable skills that employers value
